“My friend booked this spot for my boyfriend and I. It was perfect! We enjoyed walks through the forest in the morning and star gazing at night. The neighboorhood is quiet and the house is located in a small circle that felt extra safe. I would like to mention one thing that did not affect our rating, because it is not the owner's fault, but it could be a problem for families. "The location is excellent, right in the center of the Riverwalk, which is very convenient, but the service was terrible. I booked a room with two beds, but they gave me a room with only one king-size bed. We stayed for three nights, and on the first night, the water pressure was extremely low, making it almost impossible to shower. We reported the issue to customer service the next day, but the repair attempt was ineffective. We reported the problem again that evening, and only after making three phone calls after midnight did they finally address the issue. Although the water pressure improved slightly, it was still not satisfactory. We requested to change rooms, but they said all rooms were full, even though I clearly saw many available rooms on their online platform. I am a loyal Hyatt customer, and this experience was truly disappointing!"
