“Everything was wonderful! We stayed on the 5th floor, above everything. Close enough to hear all the sounds of the riverwalk but, more privacy. If you want to be in the action look for the lower floors. All the staff were extremely accommodating. Provided any requests within a timely manner. “Our stay over July 4th weekend was nice, lovely resort, nice rooms, pretty lobby and grounds. The fireworks show was SPECTACULAR! Very well done! The one area that could use improvement is the pool staff-they were not very attentive at all-most people had to go to the bar to order drinks/food.
