Economical and efficient 1 bedroom apartment that has the essentials you would expect in a short-term or long-term stay accommodations. The apartment sleeps 4 (Queen size bed and two twin beds) with premium mattresses and bedding. Complete kitchen with essential cookware/dishes that includes a microwave, coffeemaker, and toaster. Fast WIFI and smart TV with complimentary access to free-streaming apps. 15 mins from Fort Cavazos and 8 mins from HEB and Walmart.

The apartment is in an 8-plex building that is being converted to short-term rentals and is intended to provide the best value in the area. The apartment is on the first floor and the furnishing are brand new (2021). Guests will be supplied with an initial supply of consumables- cooking oil, sugar, creamer, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, face soap, paper towels, toilet paper. Any additional resupply of consumables will be the responsibility of the guest.

Nice Stay!
I stayed at this location with my family. It was very close to the military base making it easy to visit with my son. The location was clean and the owners were polite and always available. I would most definitely stay here next time!
