“The A/C did not work well. The ceiling fan did not work & didn't get fixed while there. Bed linens were stained & never changed. We did get a $30.00 credit for those things.”

“Our stay was great! The lobby was clean and the staff friendly. There wasn't a phone in the room so I had to go down to the lobby to get bedding for the sofa bed and ask questions, which I didn't love but it wasn't a deal breaker. The parking lot was a little small and there was an event at the hotel so I had to park in the lot next door until the parking lot cleared out some. The beds were comfy, the shower hot, and the fridge and microwave were great. The breakfast was decent. Eggs, sausage,……

“Area is terrible as we drove up people were trying to approach the car on the main road. Front desk clerk was super friendly. Beds were nice but pillows were hard. 3 small hard pillows to each bed. Beds were clean but white was stained yellow. Tub was high and hard for me to get into and slippery. Tub was coming apart. Ceiling in bathroom was coming down. Blackout curtains were half hanging on. Fridge and microwave provided. We had to get an emergency hotel and this was within budget. ……

“Room was clean although the setup was odd, but just in that weird hotel setup way. Good water pressure in shower. Very nice continental breakfast and staff was nice. Would stay again. Didn’t use pool.”

“For the most part, we enjoyed our stay and the location. It would have been nice to have different breakfast meals, instead of waffles and limited snacks every day. Also, the bed was made but the sheets weren't washed for a stay that was 6 nights.”

“I’ve stayed at this property before without any problems, but this visit was very disappointing. Unfortunately, I encountered bedbugs and woke up with numerous bites. Cleanliness is essential, and this issue made my stay extremely uncomfortable. I hope management addresses the problem promptly. I cannot recommend this property at this time.”
