“When we entered our assigned room, it smelled off. We opened the bathroom door and the entire ceiling and some of the wall was covered in clearly visible black mold. We returned to the front desk to ask for another room. They were very helpful. The manager showed us to a new room which was much better, but how do you allow a room to look like that and then try to rent it out? Even though they were accommodating, that put a bad taste in our mouths for the rest of our stay.”

“Great place for young couples on city break or mingling professionals. Wouldn’t recommend to older couples or to families. Lounge is a good vibe though table service could be more attentive. Beds are a bit soft for my liking personally. Showers are amazing!”

“The staff weee very friendly and welcoming and the location is fantastic However just remember to bring a swimming cap as you are unable to go into the pool without one and the pool is on the cooler side”
