"I’ll start off by saying everything was faultless. Being newish it’s in pristine condition. The room was lovely with excellent toiletries in the bathroom. There was a microwave, kettle, juicer and jug. The pools area was superb. Loads of great places to relax by the 4 pools. Nice veranda bar with good food. There was also a small morning cafe serving basic breakfasts and hot & cold drinks. The reception area is stunning. The rooms are in 4 blocks immediately adjacent to the reception area. Given that it is a vacation resort rather than a hotel, it was 5 star luxury all the way. You’d definitely need a car to get anywhere realistically. We loved and are definitely planning to return. "

" No towels for the pool. Rooms clean staff was somewhat helpfull alarm went off at 1:30 in the morning went out to the parking lot we were not told or directed to what was happening. Didn't return to rooms until 2:30\. Still wasn't told what was going. Breakfast was cleaned up and all put away before we even got down to it. After thing thst happened they could let it go for additional 1/2 hr or so. "

"As I checked in the person ahead of me asked about the $100 deposit fee (which does seem steep compared to other hotels we have used) and the owner told him he "Didn't have to stay." and then it was repeated by the clerk. These comments made me feel UNWELCOMED and I had nothing to do with their exchange. After our first night in the room we noticed our feet were filthy from the floors. I asked that our room be mopped and we did notice the cleaning lady was diligent with her swiffer, but the floors were not clean after her efforts. There needs to be a time when soap and water are used to clean the dirt that does not appear after a light cleaning with a dust mop."
