“The staff because VERY AGRESSIVE with me after I told them I found a roach in my room. I have videos of when I was alive, when I killed it and left in on top of the sink. I let the staff know and one of them because VERY aggressive with me saying that I wanted a free room when I had already checked out AND PAYED IN FULL for my room. I never asked for a type of compensation or anything but he started screaming at me and telling me I brought the roach with me. UNACCEPTABLE ”
