Country Inn & Suites in Ithaca NY The breakfast rm was very busy -- every table taken. Only 1 person filling everything. Waffle iron broken. No waffles (why my family wanted to stay here) -- looks like waffle iton is old & needs to be replaced. Tish-sheba in brkfst rm working very hard even as customers complain to her about no waffles while the manager sat in the INNER office (not even front desk). I had to get his attention after standing at front desk waiting for him to look up. Thats unacceptable management & he needs training about teamwork!!

Best breakfast I have ever had at a B&B! Casually sophisticated served in a great old mansion from the 1800's with a great history. The room I stayed in was comfortable and had the quietest air conditioning I have ever had anywhere. The gas fireplace made the room! Surprisingly quiet neighborhood too! Kudos to Drew and everyone at the Benn Conger Inn. My 6 night stay was great and I was happy I was able to pass on to you a new cooked egg technique.

Great location! The Gorge trail to the falls is right next to the Inn. Breakfast was delicious, but wish there was more to choose from. My husband was hoping for eggs and bacon, which was available, but for an added charge. Overall a great stay and would return.
