Hotel mal servicio limpieza

Habitacion limpia y ordenada, aislada de ruidos. Desayuno bastante bueno. Personal muy atento. Amplio estacionamiento.

I arrived at the hotel on Monday afternoon. I told them that the room was dirty and the floor was covered in coffee. They told me that they would clean the room on Tuesday. When I arrived on Tuesday night, the floor was just as dirty. When I arrived on Wednesday, the room was just as dirty and had a small cockroach in it. The hotel has been remodeled. The rooms are nice, but the CLEANING IS TERRIBLE. They never take out the trash or change the towels.
