No tub in our room (not sure if all rooms are like that) but it had spacious stand up shower. Breakfast was good, with several hot food options (there was almond milk, too!). “This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel and what keeps me coming back is the fact that the rooms are clean, the lobby is comfortable, and the breakfast has a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit. The staff has always been pleasant and easy to communicate with. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to shopping, dining, freeways, and only 15 minutes for downtown Grand Rapids. “My husband and I decided to stay the night at the Grand Amway Hotel in Grand Rapids to celebrate his birthday. We selected a room on the 24th floor. The room itself was average with a typical TV, desk, chair, and king sized bed. The dimmer lights were a nice touch. Unfortunately the bathroom was a huge disappointment. The water pressure from the sink was low and it took so long for the water to heat up. The toilet required flushing three times when just flushing toilet paper because the paper……
