“This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel and what keeps me coming back is the fact that the rooms are clean, the lobby is comfortable, and the breakfast has a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit. The staff has always been pleasant and easy to communicate with. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to shopping, dining, freeways, and only 15 minutes for downtown Grand Rapids. This visit was different because we came back from dinner one night to find that the battery in……
