“We had a lovely stay. Michael was so friendly, our room was absolutely gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. Despite not technically having breakfast included, there was a very nice communal full kitchen and a great selection of toast, cereals, spreads, and milk available for all, as well a nice espresso machine. Very conveniently located near the Remuera train station. The gazebo/sun-room was absolutely gorgeous in the mornings. We felt very at home! ”

rooms facing the road are loud and kept me awake even when completely exhausted and with windows and curtains closed. had to get ear plugs to be able to sleep for the rest of our stay.
