“We stayed at the motel for two nights. Our room was set up for accessibility, which made the layout quite different and a little uncomfortable for us, and it wasn’t the type of room we had booked online. We also noticed that the sofa was not very clean, and the white towels appeared discoloured. That said, it’s still a good budget option overall, and the location is very convenient.”

“Staff discriminated against my partner when he tried to check in. We were treated well by the manager once I laid a complaint. The man on the after hour phone service was unhelpful and rude. We did get two nights complimentary but suggest staff undergo cultural competency training. ”

“The nicest Novotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were very hospitable and accommodating. The breakfast buffet had lots of variety. Nicely manicured outdoor courtyard with seating and tables. Parking can be a bit tight when the hotel is busy. As the hotel is not newly built some amenities like USB charging ports or a smart TV are missing. Sth Metro station right next to hotel makes travelling to downtown fast and convenient. Į”

“It was a busy time at this accommodation when we stayed over Easter. Car parks are NOT allocated to any particular unit, which was difficult for us as we had large, heavy items to move in and out of the car each day we were staying there. There was some mould on the curtains. The microwave's glass plate did not fit, which meant that the microwave did not work very well. Unfortunately, the person in the next door unit was talking on his phone - until 5 a.m., which was not good for sleep. When...

No shower door - slippery tiles on floor. Bathroom mat got very wet, very quickly. Friendly staff member at check in. Thank you for your hospitality.”
