“I wrote the managers to express my serious concerns regarding our stay at SpringHill Suites Corona Riverside. Unfortunately, the experience fell well below the standard I would expect from a Marriott property, particularly given the rate being charged for the stay. We arrived at approximately 2:30 PM with two rooms booked. At check-in, we were provided keys to only one room and were told that the second room was not ready. What was particularly frustrating was seeing other guests who arrived……

“Only two good things about this hotel staff and the AC actually worked to an extent I was writing on the wall. The writing matched the client that was running muck outside cats on leashes. Plenty of space for electric car parking hardly any for regular. The floor was like fly paper he stuck to it with every step Water pressure was nice smelled of sewage not impressed. Staff was there to help you and very understand it the room was a -5 out of five.”
