The proximity to the beach is a perfect walk, as well as location to the main Ave. for shops and food. They have each chairs and umbrellas on loan which is a plus if you fly and plan to spend your time at the beach. Room was very clean, breakfast consists of usual wrapped pastry, some fresh fruit, bagles, yogurt, coffee, etc. All self serve. Street parking is free and spaces available all around.

We booked a night as a last-minute local staycation and it was the most affordable place we found that was close to the beach. The exterior is well maintained, and check in was easy, but it feels more like an Airbnb than a BnB--there is an "AI assistant" advertised and no staff on site. The interior was pretty run down (stained carpet, dingy furniture) and our room smelled strongly of mildew. It was otherwise clean and fairly comfortable, though the mattress was quite exhausted. Overall, a fine place to spend a night in a lovely neighborhood, but lacks the charm of a real BnB with human touches and is pricy for what it offers.

What size of the property was a great location for Coronado and San Diego. The location was in a walkable area to restaurants, shopping, hotel, del, and the beach. The property was well maintained and clean. Breakfast was sufficient. The staff was very helpful and easy to interact with. The rooms were clean. It was nice to have a different experience than just a hotel, especially in a small quaint area like Coronado. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice place! Spacious room, squeaky clean renovated bathroom. (We got a room with a hall bathroom rather than ensuite, but it was for our private use.) Parking was pretty easy, staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is great for nearby restaurants and a 10-ish minute walk to the beach. I appreciated the snacks left out for guests. We'd stay here again.

The room was spotless and comfortable. The house itself is very quiet with lovely views of citrus trees. Walking distance to anything you need, with lots of sights to take in. Definitely would recommend and plan on staying here again.
