Enjoyed having fur babies with us for their first beach trip. Thankful for the consideration of the host for allowing our little family to enjoy Memorial Day weekend as a whole. Such a great, clean, cozy cottage right in the heart of everything we had planned to do!

This property was exactly as advertised and rated. Ruth is an excellent host and responds quickly. Great location near the arts district. Many eating options near by as well. If you have a pet, the property is fenced in which is nice. The cottage is quite, clean, and front porch is nice to sit and relax. Would definitely stay at this place again.

This cottage was tiny and wonderful for my needs. The decor was like I stepped into my favorite antique shop and had a sleep over. Every nook and cranny had little treasures to look at. The water was hot. The linens smelled amazing. The yard and porch were cute. It was nice to visit the cottage.

Quaint, Cottage in Rockport
Went down for my husband’s birthday so we could go fishing with guide. Took two nights to really get arrested and or a miniature golden doodle is very happy with the gated yard. It was a very peaceful stay.

Beautiful little cottage
This little cottage is lovely, cozy and comfortable. The decor is charming and the front porch is very relaxing. The little house was very clean and well supplied. The owner was an extremely good communicator. We had one little glitch with the check-in process, but she was very quick to respond and resolved the issue exceedingly well. Highly recommend this place. I definitely plan to go back

This place was not only beautiful but so comfortable and nice! My daughter and I love antiquing and we loved looking at all the art and treasures around the cottage, right down to the light fixtures! And I don’t think I’ve ever seen such crisp clean fluffy white towels!! The porch was a lovely place to relax after a day of playing at the beach. We hope to return!

A rare find
This small home was absolutely wonderful. It is spotless clean, all of the interior matches the time period that it represents and myself my wife and two shepherds stayed in there with comfort and ease and room to spare though it's small. My wife thought this was one of the best places that we have ever stayed on the coast in Texas and we plan to go back if you will have us. Regardless of what their review is on us I have to give them five stars because it was just a very good experience which is what you're looking for when you go on a short vacation period we would like to stay there again and again when we go back it was that special. The yard was fenced which worked very well for my two dogs which liked to be outside a lot. It was close to the beach and everything else and as far as being safe? Police statio acxorss the street the house is small but it's advertised as a tiny house so it's advertised correctly I will have to say the layout of it makes it seem much larger and we had no problems with us two and our two dogs at anytime during the stay. I would recommend this to anyone who is committed to taking care of the property and treating it the way that it should be based on its excellence. I would not recommend it to someone who has no qualms in tearing up property or things as this property should be treated special if not just for the reason for us to use it again. A very nice place I would give it more stars if there were more stars than five. Probably the best place that I've stayed on the coast ever.

Little cottage was perfect for a quiet, peaceful stay. The front porch, with the birds, butterflies, squirrels and soft chimes from the gentle breeze, may it a perfect relaxing place. This will be my go to place whenever I need a little “vacation” from the family.
