“The place was clean, quiet, and really well laid out to make a small space work well. It's clear a lot of care goes into taking care of it! I especially enjoyed sitting on the little porch in the evenings, and appreciated the labeled cabinets (and thoughtful snacks!)”

“Arrived at the property to find no keys in the lockbox, leaving completely locked out after a long day of travel. I reached out immediately, but there was no real solution or assistance provided. I was forced to book a hotel last minute, spending hundreds of dollars out of pocket, and the host did nothing to accommodate or reimburse for the issue. On top of that, the property is located in a very bad area, which made the entire experience even worse. I would not book this location again or……

“Better than a hotel. The manager was reachable for questions, like when we couldn’t get the door unlocked. It's a nondescript building with three units. The building looks sketchy from the outside, but it was lovely inside. It was homey. Had a coffee maker with coffee, tea, cream, sugar. There were pots, pans, silverware, dishes, everything you need to cook, which we did. Full size refrigerator. It has wide couch that could double as a bed. If two people are using the bed, one has to crawl over……

“The apartment was very clean and well organized. It met all my needs. I appreciated being so close to the university and had access to great restaurants and other shopping. I appreciated the quick response from our host as she accommodated our specific needs. It was a wonderful location and having our own parking spot was a great convenience. ”
