“Staff were helpful and welcoming. Room was as promised, although the decor needed a bit of maintainance considering it was sold as a deluxe room. Having the hot tub made all the difference, especially with unseasonably unsettled weather. We did have to complain once about being able to hear next door's TV quite loudly. They were asked to turn it down, but we don't know if it was the volume up loud or if the walls are just thin. The food was varied, unlimited and there was plenty of choice for……

“We are regulars there. and are back again in April. The hotel is huge, in a quiet, out of town location and can have 500-800 guests at a time. Lots of free parking. It is being refurbished from 6th floor down. Communal chairs and tables are mostly new. The Spa needs massive investment to re-open so don't rely on it being open soon. Food is OK and was slightly better than it was in November but they cant do miracles at the price points they offer. Fish dishes are good. They cater to guests from……

“Lovely resort but old fashioned shabby apartment. Pity, it could be really good if the owners cared about the condition and standard of the property. Tatty hole when an integrated microwave used to be for example, dirty shelf base, needs a clean and replacing. The location and Lido is lovely but the property is not!”

“I had the best night of sleep there. Room was clean, bed was soft, temperature was comfortable and the shower had great pressure. ”

“Stunning hotel with excellent facilities. We were offers a room upgrade and enjoyed a junior suite. We were on B&B board basis and this was lovely with lots of tasty options. We used the padel court and yoga classes which were fab! Would definitely return”
