Had a great stay celebrating my wife's birthday with friends. ME have some packages to help add to the experience. They delivers the divinity package and were able to customise to taste.
Also, we were automatically upgraded to room with balcony.
Had fun in the Radio Rooftop bar (no min spend on table reservation as hotel guest), then fantastic steak at STK, and back to the Radio rooftop.

Only stayed 1 night found it expensive and we had £40 overnight parking and congestion charge to pay for being in the centre of London. We liked the room and it was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was very disappointing for both myself and my husband and although we both chose different dishes within an hour we both had tummy upsets. Not good.

Superb location with easy access to Oxford St, Tottenham Court Road, Covent Garden and Leics Square. Hotel staff went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable, very friendly and attentive. Many original features remain, so the rooms are unique and the opposite of the chain hotel "could be anywhere" rooms. Great for couples looking for a few days break in London. Will definitely be back.

My daughter and I loved this hotel! The location was close to lots of shops, restaurants, theaters, and close to Leicester Square Tube Station. We felt safe and welcomed by the friendly staff. The room was very quiet, and the beds were extremely comfy. The service was excellent--from the staff who greeted us upon check-in to the maid who lowered the window shades each evening while we were out at the theaters. The whole place felt modern and new and had lots of conveniences in the room. It was an excellent place to stay.

Long known as London's red-light and entertainment district, Soho is the area between Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road, and Piccadilly Circus tube stations. Visitors to Soho will see nightclubs, flagship stores like Liberty, and London's Chinatown. Relive the 1960s on Carnaby Street, or take in a show at one of the area's many theatres.
