“When we checked in it was 3 people at the check in station and was never greeted and one lady called the other employee to help me and said she was off the clock and the employee was on his phone and when she said something to him is when he noticed me so we get checked in and go to our room the room had a bad odor in it but was clean just an odor we had drove 9 hours so we just stayed there because we were tired but we asked to change rooms because of the odor and she did get us changed to……
