“Good location, close to the opry mall and resort, free breakfast was very good ”

“The room was clean and staff were all courteous. We stayed on the first floor which is a first for me. It was a little noisy given that the parking lot was right outside my window, the ice machine was one door away, and I could hear the people on the 2nd floor so I wouldn't recommend it. The room was clean but there was dehumidifier running in the hallway and the room had a bit of an old smell. You can tell it's an old property that they threw some paint and new fixtures in. “The staff was amazing, but the property needs some major upgrades. My room looked like a lot of seedy things had taken place. There were holes in the walks, foot prints on doors, cigarette burns on the bedspread, and we actually witnessed a bit of "illegal trade" happening on the second floor. I'd suggest the owner take care of his kind and thorough staff and invest, AT LEAST, in a coat of paint in the rooms. ”

“We stayed in the Retreat House. The room and bathroom were beautiful and sparkling clean and very spacious. The only reason I did not give this bed-and-breakfast five stars was the location. Belle Air mansion is located on a tremendously busy intersection right off the interstate. It is a MUST that you bring earplugs and an eye mask to get a good nights restful sleep otherwise you will be up all night listening to traffic. Breakfast was delicious!”

“The Russell was one of the best stays I’ve had in a long time. This hotel was very thoughtful in every aspect. This is a hotel without front desk concierge but you could not even tell. The communicative signs around the building made navigating simple. Free local coffee in the lobby, Photo Booth to capture daily moments, and absolutely breathtaking stained glass.
