Summary:
Our Cowboy Ranch is located in the heart of Prescott Valley and minutes from shopping, dining and the Findlay Toyota Center. We welcome all cowpoke and their pets at our Hideout. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 6. The home features a living room, dining room, full kitchen, private office space, bonus family room/den and fenced back yard. Our neighborhood is quiet, safe and great for an evening walk.

The Space:
Get a good nights sleep in our 3 bedroom home. The primary bedroom has a plush Queen bed, dresser and closet. The ensuite bathroom has a sink, vanity and shower.

The second bedroom has a Queen bed, closet and dresser. The third bedroom also has a Queen bed, dresser,closet and desk (located inside the closet and can easily be removed to use). The hall bathroom is easily accessible from both bedrooms. It features a vanity with sink and shower over tub combination.

Relax in the living room on the sofa or in our 2 overstuffed reclining chairs loveseat while watching a movie.

Enjoy meals in our light and bright kitchen and dining area. The kitchen includes an electric stove and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee pot and toaster. The laundry room provides extra storage and has a high-efficiency washer and dryer.

Have fun in our family/den room. It has an electric fireplace, Smart Tv and a comfortable sofa for relaxing. The backyard is fully fenced. We allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs. A pet fee must be paid prior to check in.

The property is located 1.4 miles from Kohls, Walmart and Fry's grocery Store. 1.6 miles from the Findlay Toyota Center and 8.2 miles from the downtown Prescott courthouse Square and Whiskey Row.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house, back yard, front yard and driveway.

The Neighborhood:
Our Prescott Valley neighborhood is quiet, safe and minutes from shopping, dining and entertainment.

Other Things to Note:
We have Roku Tv's at the property. Guests must log in with their own streaming service credentials to watch tv. We do not have cable tv.

We have a keypad door lock for contactless entry. Guests are able to check in anytime after 4 pm of the arrival date.

Additional rules
No parties or large gatherings on the property or in the house. House has a maximum occupancy of 4. Visiting guests need the hosts prior approval.

-The primary guest must be present. No sub-letting allowed. We prefer the primary guest to be over the age of 25.

-No parties, events or large gatherings allowed. Please respect our neighbors, quiet hours are 10pm-8am.

-Check in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. We may be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, this is not guaranteed especially during peak season.

-No smoking of any kind inside the house or anywhere on the property, no illegal substances allowed on the property. There is a $400 fee if any guests smoke inside the house.

Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Please respect our neighbors and neighborhood.

Please note we do have cameras on the exterior of the house that monitor the front sidewalk, driveway and back yard of the house. The cameras monitor video and sound 24/7.

No tampering or blocking of our cameras is permitted or unplugging any wi-fi enabled technology that we use to give the guests access to the property and monitor the property.

There is an additional $60 cleaning fee for stay over 14 nights. I will send a separate request via the Airbnb resolution center for the additional cleaning fee.

We allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs on property. Pet owners must pay the pet fee prior to check in. Owners are responsible to clean up the yard of pet waste, not let dogs excessively bark and not leave them at the property for long times alone.

Guest who break the rules will be subject to additional fees, or immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
