It was at the right location

Posted Oct 16, 2015
Pros: The staff working that night were awesome. Swift to respond to our problem & the Continental breakfast was above the average. The B&G would stand out
Cons: The room preparation needs attention to assure these things don't slip thru the room review when cleaned.
Location: Massively convenient food places, gas stations, retail stores within blocks, and a fairly secure area for a "CITY" Motel. sites, Foods, shopping, fun.
We got to the room and settled in. My wife rolled back the bed cover and reveled a wrinkled sheet with speck of dirt scattered on it. We called the desk and they relocated us, swiftly. The next room had an odor of stale clothing or something that we had to spray cologne my daughter had brought along to be able to not ask for another room move. ON another note the continental breakfast was good to above the average. I would recommend it for that and the convenient location.

Three Floors - No Elevator

Posted Sep 17, 2014
All ads for this hotel should come with a warning in bold letters - WARNING - THIS HOTEL HAS THREE STORIES AND THERE ARE NO ELEVATORS. After discussions with the staff, I was able to at least get a room on the second floor, but I feel sorry for others who may not be as lucky and are stuck carrying their luggage up the stairs to the third floor. For a Days Inn that is part of the Wyndham chain, I was not expecting this problem and will have to be more cautious when booking at Wyndham hotels in the future.

You get what you pay for!!

Parking lot getting fixed, inconvenient! Staff at front desk were rude, called for towels because room service took them and didn't put new ones in and was told I had to come get them cause she was too busy checking people in. I go down and there is 1 person and he is just finishing up! Hotel was ok, smelled of smoke because of the front desk people having their half smoked cigarettes on the counter next to them. Don't expect much!!

Pros: Rate of the room was good and we received a quiet room location.
Cons: Cleanliness!
Location: It was a little further than the online site showed for convenience to the Henry Doorly Zoo in Omaha. But not bad.
The clerk was nice but was constantly interrupted by 'new' (not sure) employee's questions. Like a child interrupting a parent's conversation with someone else, I wanted to tell her to stop interrupting so that I could get checked in.

Keep Looking

Posted May 26, 2014
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Room cleanliness, customer service. Honesty.
Had confirmation through Expedia for 2 non smoking rooms. Showed up and clerk said there were no rooms available. After giving confirmation numbers to the clerk, 2 rooms were available but were smoking rooms. Went to room, nephew pulled back covers to go to bed, a large spider was already snuggled up in bed for the night. If you can not come through with product that was reserved, don't bother offering your service.

RUDE RUDE staff!

Posted May 5, 2014
Aside from Heidi who was in charge if breakfast (the best part of the hotel)... the hotel staff was RUDE. We traveled for two weeks, stayed at five other hotels, booked AND paid for them in advance, but when we arrived at this hotel they charged us again. I tried to explain that we had already paid and was cut off and told (by an older man named John), "Whatever, I'm going to need a credit card from YOU PEOPLE." "You people"? We were there for two minutes and I already felt like I would have rather spent a weekend in a jail.

Good for the price.

Posted Apr 22, 2014
Pros: The staff especially Heidi!
Cons: Get rid of the smoke smell! The entire inn smells horrible!
Location: Casinos.
The staff is great! Decent place for the price. There is NO hot tub as advertized. The gym has only 3 old exercise machines. The only major problem is the smoke smell from the first floor. If you're a smoker, DON'T get the smoking room! I was staying in non smoking room, but still smelled it. You can only imagine what the hall of the smoking area smells like.

Affordable and comfortable

Posted Mar 31, 2014
Pros: Affordable.
Location: It's in the Lake Manawa area. Lots of fast food nearby, Wal-Mart and Target.
The facility itself is a little beaten up, but the staff is working with what they've got and they're doing an excellent job with that. I usually assume that that's management keeping everyone on their toes. The breakfast looked a bit sparse at first glance, but the biscuits and gravy were excellent.

First room was dirty, beer bottles in room beds messed, felt like I was. Walking in someone else's room. Didn't feel safe
