The property itself was beautiful. The rooms were well maintained and spacious. Unfortunately they were not staffed appropriately for a property of that size and busy event weekend. We could never get anyone at the front desk to answer the phone when we had issues. There were no towels at the pool. We got locked out of our room soaking wet in swimsuits. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant had the same staffing issues. Waited an hour to be seated in the restaurant that was not busy, and then sat at the table for 30min without any service. Never received an apology from the restaurant manager.

The property is a gorgeous and modern Art Deco hotel with spacious rooms. The staff was also very courteous and helpful throughout the stay.

We stayed for one night after my friends wedding. The issue I have with this hotel is that when the bride and groom came back to the hotel at the end of the night to check in they had to wait over 2 hours for someone to come in to check them in. We waited with them until almost 6am. The cops had to be called because there was no one in the hotel that was manning the desk. My boyfriend picked up the front desk phone when it said Marriott corp. Was calling and they said to hangup so it would alert someone at the front desk. He let them know there had already been over 20 missed calls and that we had been waiting for a few hours already. They were finally able to check in at 6am but told us they gave us all late check out at noon which isnt really late when we were up to late at night with them. Then at 11am house keeping knocks on our door so nothing was communicated to them. I would really like my money back for this stay. Ive stayed at many hotels and never had this type of customer service before. The warrior and Marriott need to fix this issue. It was my friends wedding night and it got ruined. Such a sad situation. Also we had nail clippings in the room we checked into. We were supposed to have 2 robes but only had one. For being the best hotel in sioux city they really dropped the ball.
