I was only there for a very brief business stay, but everyone and everything was excellent. I was very comfortable there and only wish that I had more time to enjoy it. Depending on where my business is in the city, I would gladly return to your property the next time I'm in town.

The staff at the hotel proper was AWESOME, from the person at the desk to the door person to the cleaning staff. The only reason for a 4-star instead of a 5-star is because the experience at the Tin Lizzie (connected to the hotel, so I assume it's under the same business?) was not great: Good drinks, yes, but we waited almost 90 minutes for our food. And though the manager gave us a discount, it took some effort to get him to commit to an amount. Otherwise the hotel, itself, was lovely. My only complaint is how loud the furnace/heat could be. However, for being an older building, it has been very well maintained and was a very comfortable stay. Thank you for being so welcoming!
