“The Muckross self-catering apartments are a perfect choice for bigger groups who would also like the option to experience the hotel's amenities. Both the Monks lounge and on-site pub provided great service and food/drink. All staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent - very quick ride to Muckross House and the national park, and a 10-minute taxi ride to downtown Killarney. Would highly recommend!”

“The apartment was a step up from a hotel room. We got two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a shared kitchen and sitting room. The kitchen was equipped with all the cutlery and cookery you would need to prepare meals. However, there was minimal spices like salt, pepper and sugar. If you’re only there for a couple nights, it’s better to purchase frozen food or prepared food that just needs warmed. We did finally figure out the washer and managed to get a few loads of laundry done. The beds are not……
