However, when we arrived it was obvious that no one had been inside to ensure that everything was clean before we came. “We have just spent the most amazing weekend in Connells house for a family wedding at Ballymcgarvey Villiage. The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated, so comfortable and had everything you could wish for and more. Karla was a super host and had been so helpful and friendly. I can’t recommend this house highly enough. Parking can be tricky at busy times, but we always managed to find a space. We will definitely be back if we are ever in the area again. ”

“Very comfortable, clean house with enough room. We were three. Very quiet. You must have a car. Internet is good. The host is very friendly, we arrived on sunday and found a few things for breakfast, especially bread, butter, milk, fruits and other things. For us important: we found a big teapot, tea and sugar. A smaller shop were you can find a lot is near, about 3 km. We are from Germany.”

“We stayed here for 2 nights on our recent tour of Ireland. Firstly, the location was gorgeous. The little stream at the back of the property created a perfect backdrop to the pretty 'little' cottage. It was very easy to find using satnav, and there was parking for at least 2 cars. We were given plenty of clear instructions by the owner, enabling us to gain entry. We found that the 'little' cottage wasn't so little at all. It was a well equipped 3 bedroom cottage, with everything you would need……

“It is a wonderful place to stay if you want to relax in the country and still be close to Dublin (less than a 1/2 hour away). You can walk to the surrounding towns to take in a good meal and some cold drinks and take in the local flare. The hosts are wonderful folks that genuinely care for the comfort of their guests. Since we didn’t have a car they took the time to drive me into town for some ice since there was none on the freezer. I ask who does this? Not many would. Thank you for 3 memorable……
