“I could not stay there during the arctic snowstorm of 2026\. I did stop by to check it out. It remained unshoveled for the days I would have had it. Inside was quaint, good layout, natural light from windows. Modern large shower and super clean. Unwalkable because of piled up snow but restaurants, grocery, sufficient. I had to eat the cost of the unused week and wished we could have worked out a plan to return at another time. That would have made it a 5 star rating. ”

“When we arrived, there was dog pee on the floor, dog hair everywhere. Wasn’t clean, bathroom sink was dripping while using the toilet the leaking sink would splash you in the face. Black mold in the bathroom, our guests couldn’t even fit in the shower. No towels ready, activities weren’t working, flat tires, no batteries, outside fire pit/seating area was unusable. Completely disappointed, we were told absolutely no refunds. We stayed two nights and had to leave early. We had two small children……

“This is a really lovely spot, spacious common area (kitchen & living room), and nice bedrooms with comfortable beds, and a fabulous location across from the beach. We were in town for a wedding & rented two units in the building for extended family, which worked out really well. Everything was as pictured; note is that one bedroom is only accessed through the bathroom or another bedroom, but that was not a problem for us. “A great space for families with dogs. The fenced in yard was super convenient. The space had plenty of room and it was very comfortable. Cleanliness was a bit of an issue for our stay, but Brett was super responsive and came out immediately to resolve the issues we discovered. His reponsiveness, friendliness, and desire to make things right really made all the difference for us. It definitely would have been nice to have the listing make clear that the house was attached to an occupied residence……
