Beautiful place, great food

Andi the chef was fantastic and the restaurant and bar staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food and drinks were amazing. The bungalow was clean, comfortable and quiet. The resort staff made us feel special! We were always greeted with a big smile and anything we needed was taken care of promptly. We will definitely be back!

Una experiencia inolvidable en Palmero Pay, Isla de la Bahía Nuestra estadía en la comunidad de Palmero Pay fue simplemente espectacular. Fuimos en familia buscando descanso y tranquilidad, y encontramos mucho más que eso. Cada día que pasamos allí fue excepcional: la casa estaba impecable, con todos los detalles cuidados al máximo. Nos sentimos como en casa desde el primer momento. La piscina es perfecta para relajarse y disfrutar del entorno, y tener el mar justo detrás fue una bendición. Caminar por la playa cada mañana y ver los atardeceres frente al mar fue una experiencia única. La paz del lugar, la belleza del paisaje y la comodidad de la casa hicieron de este viaje algo realmente inolvidable. Recomiendo este lugar con los ojos cerrados a cualquiera que quiera desconectarse del estrés y conectarse con la naturaleza, la familia y la paz interior. ¡Volveremos sin duda!

Wonderfully welcoming and friendly staff makes you feel like old friends! Beautiful greenery and eco friendly practices. Gorgeous private pier with hammocks and lounge chairs to relax, get a massage, watch the sunset, enjoy the quiet. Fantastic chef - delicious breakfasts, lunches, dinners and the Saturday BBQ is phenomenal!!

The resort is stunning! Although certain areas were closed for repairs, that did not detract from the overall experience or the beauty, cleanliness, and the wonderful staff. I was there to celebrate my birthday, and one particular staff member, Stefeny Pinnace went above and beyond to make it memorable. Stefeny coordinated with the Housekeeping manager to have balloons, confetti and a towel animal set up in my room. They also had a cake with strawberries on a tray delivered to my room. Stefeny also made reservations for me at San Simon restaurant. From the day I checked in, Stefeny made me feel like I was more than just a guest. You entire staff, from housekeeping to the waiters, bartenders, grounds people were some of the sweetest, polite, professional, most amazing group of employess. I forgot the name of the young man that helped me with my bags the day I checked in, I would also like to recognize him. Let him know I apologize for not recalling his name, I looked for him while I was there to give him a token of appreciation but did not see him. Please relay a heartfelt thank you to your entire staff for making my birthday not only amazing but memorable. I will definitely be back not only to Roatan but to Mayan Pricess Resort specifically.
