“The apartment was in bad shape. The only hot water was the bathroom sink. There was bugs in the apartment. The furniture was falling apart. The apartment lucked like it was under Construction. I would not advise booking a stay here. ”

“When we arrived there were no rooms available, even though we had a prepaid guarenteed reservation through Orbitz, and we were turned away. When we requested a refund via Orbitz it was denied. We were out aproximately $100 for the room and $25 for a taxi to another hotel. The only positive was that the Hotel clerk did help us find another hotel. I chated with and Orbitz agen for about 15 - 20 minutes who was virtually no help at all. ”

“We stayed in a private bungalow in the Kimpton resort and it was amazing. Spacious and comfortable with a large deck area. Perfect location for snorkeling right from the beach!!!”

“Absolutely beautiful, resort was great. Food isn't like other all inclusive but was still good. I am not into food so didnt bother me. I was able to always find something I could eat. Resort and grounds could not be better!! I personally wouldn't do all inclusive as there were so many restaurants within walking distance on the beach. ”

“We were blown away by our upgrade to the Ocean One Villa condo's!! The place was perfect with friendly staff and amenities. The pool at the Villas was a welcomed surprise. Peacefully tucked away yet only a short walk to the beach, the main hotel and restaurant made it a perfect location. The bar right on the beach was spectacular. I highly recommend this place! ”

“We had such a great stay with Naboo Resort and hope to return in the future! It was our first time visiting Roatan and we couldn't have asked for a better hotel. The property and rooms were clean, and the onsite food was wonderful. Pool was clean and relaxing when the beach was unavailable due to weather clean up. The staff were excellent - all of the front desk team were helpful, remembered our names and were quick to respond with any requests. The restaurant team (Omar, Marvin, Iris + more!)……

“Room was very tidy . Not Staff didn’t speak English as before , but didn’t impede having a good time . There was however a lack of warm water and no hot water for showers . My 4th or 5th visit over the years . Dive centre and staff amazing!”

“Very comfortable bed. Daily housekeeping was nice. The staff is so personable and makes you feel like part of the family. It’s a bit of a swim, but if you’re up to it, the reef is worth it it for a good snorkel.”

“The hotel was clean and convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities included was great especially the kayaking and Wi-Fi service. The only thing I wished they had was a television in my hotel room. But all in all we had a great time at this hotel.”

“Arca is spectacular! The hotel is small, private and peaceful. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The location is excellent with the beautiful West Bay beach at your doorstep, a short walk to great snorkeling and a bunch of great restaurants and bars. However, the best food on the beach is at the Arca. The breakfast is amazing, and lunch and dinner offer lots of choices, salads, hamburgers or delicious fish dishes. But most all the staff are welcoming and friendly. They couldn’t……
