There is construction going on the 3rd floor and I was given a room right next to it. I booked to have a peaceful night stay before my flight in the morning and I was not able to get any rest. Beautiful resort. A lot has changed with Kipton managing the property now. It’s very crowded. Get to the beach after 8am don’t plan on having lounge chairs cause people come down at 6am and claim chairs with a hat. $60 daily resort fee and $32 pp breakfast are both new with Kipton. That adds up. ...

The apartment was in bad shape. The only hot water was the bathroom sink. There was bugs in the apartment. The furniture was falling apart. The apartment lucked like it was under Construction. I would not advise booking a stay here.

The place was very big. Always clean. Staff was great. Expedia had to move us from the Kimpton because it got filled up. This was disappointing Honestly though it was a better space for our family. We loved having a full kitchen, 2 very nice bathrooms, laundry room and 2 balconies.
