“I ordered a Privilege room for one single person, but eventually I was assigned a two-bed room without bathtub. When I went to the staff and asked about this, they just responded “we cannot fulfill everyone’s requirement, it depends on what we have at the moment.” What made me sulky is their attitude, so cold and unfriendly. About paying the city tax, they were not willing to make change. I’ve been to Paris over 20 times and I have never met this situation. A hotel with this kind of reception……

“Horrible horrible experience!! I am actually back to Hotel Mademoiselle in purpose since I ve been here for my honeymoon five years before. But the truth is I cannot have a sound sleep because my room is close to the lift which is extremely noisy. It sounds like somebody keep moving the heavy closet or bed during the mid night. At the first beginning, I confused why somebody move furnitures in midnight, but finally I figured out it’s the lift!! ”
