Adequate and economical. Arrived late and left early Unremarkable and utilitarian motel In beautiful Crescent City on the North California coast. Close to Pelican Bay State Prison.

Run down, needs serious update, friendly staff

Posted Aug 25, 2017
Pros: Kind staff
Cons: Needs a lot of updating. Everything is old except maybe the bedding.
Location: It is near quite a few places to eat within walking distance.
The pictures are lies. The hotel is a run down Travelodge. Travelodge isn't the best any, so imagine a super super old travelodge. The staff was super friendly. The beds were super old and really loud. The room was nice and large but everything in it was old. The breakfast they offer is a serious joke...It was a bag with an apple, a water and a granola bar. We had to pay WAY more than what the room was worth.

Okay place to stay

Posted Aug 17, 2017
Pros: Nice lady in the office.
Cons: Clean and update
Location: This is the gateway to the Redwoods with a lighthouse in town. Cute little aquarium close by.
Very old, on the surface it was a clean room but mold in the grout and tub showed it's age. Close to the highway so noisy all night long. Mattress was thin, hard and lumpy. Parking was tight for our large pickup.

Nice location, walk to beach and shop

Posted May 31, 2017
Pros: Location, room cleanliness.
Cons: Double layer windows to reduce the road noice.
Location: Beach, lighthouse, beer house.
The outside look of the hotel is not appealing, or even looks old! But when we check in, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room inside are newly renovated and everything is new and clean. Facilities and amenities are fine, better then we expected. Everything is good except the car noise from the road makes the comfort of the room reduced.

Surrounded by busy streets.

Posted Oct 17, 2016 on CheapTickets
Location: Could walk to Safeway and Denny's.
Room was okay, just stayed one day. No ice machine, had to go to office to receive 1 bucket of ice. No laundry facilities. Major 1 way street in front and side of the motel, very noisy. No breakfast. Was adequate for 1 night.
