"I don’t know how this hotel got such a high rating! It is absolutely disgusting and dirty inside the rooms!!! The furniture is filthy, stained , broken/worn down . The tub and fixtures are so old. The shampoo /conditioner bottle were dirty . I would never have stayed here by choice ( especially with kids) not knowing what we were walking into but we’re on the road it was late and had no choice once we got our stuff inside . The worst part is It smelled like wet dog so badly the entire time I could barely breath and I worried about my kids getting sick from staying there being so dirty! Dust/dirt built up in bathroom and behind furniture. The sofa was stained with huge dark spots and looked like it was from the 80s. I just don’t get it. It’s not good for anyone health. They also had people hanging out in the parking lot which was nerve wracking. They need a major update, new furniture and to DEEP CLEAN!!"

"Hotel was under construction so no amenities were available. No notice was provided in their welcome email that there were no amenities. No restaurant, you were expected to pay full price meals and eat in the hotel lobby cafe bar. One elevator not working. Ice machine on the floor not working. Fridge not working and the path from the garage to the hotel was closed off. I have always had good experiences with this hotel but this year was terrible."

"When we first arrived, the key system to the doors didn't work. We had a problem with the toilet and they had us try to solve the problem because there wasn't any maintenance available for almost two hours. They eventually sent over maintenance to clear the problem. On the second day, we came back from running errands and were locked out of room. No reason was given!!! I won't stay here ever again. Also, when we first got there, we found a live cockroach."

"Pros: Nice and elegant hotel. Upon arrival, front desk members were friendly and even offered cookies (thank you). Customer service was amazing. Delicious breakfast buffet and the cafe ladies were amazing. Clean and comfortable place to spend the night, highly recommend! Cons: Was not informed we needed to use badge for elevator to open door from inside (wifey was panicking), wish breakfast was already included with fee. Felt more like it’s more convenient for people with good cash. Water bottles in room were charged if you opened them (which I get why now) Rating 8.6/10 Will be coming back for sure!"
