Quiet neighborhood , very clean and well kept, kitchen stocked with basics like spices, flour, sugar, etc. Would have been nice to have directions on how to adjust the thermostat as it was set to drop to 60 degrees at night. And unscented/hypoallergenic detergent/fabric softener would be preferable as all the towels smelled like perfume and caused a skin reaction. ”

“The property was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location was convenient to Sand Dunes National Park. Crestone was a friendly town. Communication with our host was excellent.”

“The pictures of the accommodations don’t accurately represent the actual state of the rooms. The maintenance is appalling, with repairs being sloppy at best. For instance, the wall surrounding our trailer’s toilet was hacked up, and a wall between the bedroom and dining area was cut up and partially removed. The blinds were broken, there was a hole in the kitchen’s flooring, and the main door was difficult to open and close. Given these issues, I strongly advise against staying here.”

“This is a very unique place and I really enjoyed my stay. I had a suite and it was very luxurious. I was facing the movie screen which was great on movie night as I could watch from my patio. My only issue was that an hour before the movie they started playing loud music on the speakers. I had just returned from an active day and was enjoying a few quiet moments with a book. There was no escaping all the noise, unlike the volume from the movie, which was reasonable. I was surprised because the……

“Staff were very helpful. The little extras that made the trip easier, like being able to purchase prepared food ready to go on the BBQ, was excellent. Also being able to rent sand boards for the dunes.”
