"And we use this facility for Tai Chi kungfu camp, it was great for that. The facility was clean. The manager was very nice overall it was a great experience the only thing that bothered me of the area, which I was not aware of was the thousands and thousands of mosquitoes. It would’ve been nice to know that there was a mosquito issue in the area so we could’ve properly prepared but as far as the facility itself, it was great. "We were looking for a place to stay that was close to Great Sand Dunes National Park and could comfortably accommodate our family of 4. This place as spectacular! From the house amenities to the views we enjoyed our stay. The host provided great communication and they had a lot of information about their property. I highly recommend this place!"

"So much bigger than I actually thought. Had everything I needed to make tacos! Super cute area. Only on the listing it says check in is at 3pm and check out is 11am but it’s actually check in 3:30pm and check out at 10:30am. No big deal, realized too late so I just went straight to the dunes instead of checking in first. Pup and I had a great time and will be recommending this place to our followers ☺️"
