“I had a wonderful stay here — it’s an amazing example of how to create a comfortable, welcoming space while still honoring the beauty and history of the building. The owner gave us a full tour and shared the story behind the property, which made the experience feel even more special.
The location is perfect: an easy walk to the historic theatre, great restaurants, and local shops. Our room was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished with antique pieces paired with updated mattresses and...

“The cost for this room is as stated. No frills - bathroom was not very clean - both shower and toilet didn’t look as if a scrub brush was ever used, toilet ran excessively, which is so wasteful. Hard to clean or rinse the coffee pot without possibly breaking it - single cup Keurig would work fine instead of an outdated and horribly stopped up water reservoir ”

“A lodge that shows its age but room was clean, the water and cooling worked well, refrigerator and microwave worked well, and beds were super comfortable. Slept great. To the north Salida is about 11 miles. South are a couple other food locations, i.e. Dusty's Roadhouse.”

“The Blanca Suite at The Wildflower Hotel is a special treat in a very special town. Westcliffe, CO is a small community that is known as a dark sky viewing area. It also has interesting shops, and an excellent community theater. The Wildflower Hotel is just two blocks from Main St. in Westcliffe,”

“This property is NOT as advertised. It is basically an abandoned motel with gravel areas that RVs could park at. Dirty room, stained bedding, beds missing sheets, not adequate towels, amenities not provided that were listed as being there, no people anywhere. Pictures online must have been taken years ago. Rundown, no small store, no water nearby of any sort…”
