"First of all I cannot say enough about our host CarineShe was the super host of all the host we had on our month long vacation of Italy and France. Carine was literary there instantly whenever we had a question or needed help with things, she went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience in Tuscany. She was absolutely lovely. Our accommodations exceeded our expectationsEvery morning I enjoyed my coffee outdoors to admire the amazing views. In hindsight I wish we spent more time on the property This is the only place I would stay should I find myself back in Tuscany. I would 100% recommend it"

"First, I was concerned we would be a little out of the way, and the good news is that we were. The views from the house are tremendous, and there are three towns within 10 minutes with a few lovely restaurants. These towns are charming and are not swarmed over with tourists. But if you want the crowds, Pienza and Matacino are within 20-30 minutes and there are a ton of other lovely well known cities like Cortona and Maltapuciano less than an hour away. Walking the gravel road that the house is on is 2.5 miles round trip, and a lovely walk with perfect vistas and grazing sheep. The landscaping around the house is elegant (although I would like to see the hedge around the pool trimmed a little lower as it does block a little of the view when in a lounge chair). The house is roomy and well furnished, although the kitchen is a bit small. The one criticism I would give, is that if we were a larger party, the out door seating is very limited. It really needs a comfortable sitting set with more than four seats both on the patio as well as next to the pool. But I would highly recommend the house, and would come back without hesitation."

"We arrived late but warmly welcomed by the staff. Very quaint hotel but best part was waking up to the beautiful Tuscan landscape from our room! Breakfast was delicious as well. Beautiful terrace to take in the views as well. Wish we'd had another night there! "

"Two stays in two years should be a good indicator of how well I enjoyed this home and its location on the fringe of Montisi. The setting is spectacular, just as shown in the photos.The furniture was comfortable, the renovated kitchen was well-furnished, and the pool (still a bit chilly in April) was clean and well-maintained. Luigi was an outstanding host from check-in to check-out."
