“Great location in Siena! Apartment was in a nice building and was nicely decorated. We tried to use the dryer without success and finally realized on the lat day that you have to plug it in, which was not obvious. We had to go buy toilet paper as there was only part of one roll provided. I asked for more, but got no response. The bed pillows provided are a joke, I found a pillow on the couch that saved me from serious neck pain. The lever handle on the entry door pulled out of the lock……

“No AC in the apartment, but opening the windows first night made it OK. The Piazza is noisy at night, the windows are good, closing them kept out the noise from the Piazza, but was hot to sleep. The balcony had chairs and a table, was really nice, in shade in the afternoon, even better. Festivities for the Palio were Sunday, the view was fantastic. All in all, a great experience.”

“The overall location was great. Parking was a little difficult, but we figured it out and the paid lot was very reasonable. The unit was advertised with ac but it was not controllable and a bit warm. There were fans which helped.”
