“Wonderful location and great communication from management! The apartment has tons of character, lots of space and the bathrooms and kitchen are nicely updated.It is a little warm in summer and somewhat noisy, and could use a more thorough cleaning. The beds and bedding are not very comfortable.Would stay again!”

“The location is great, the beds were ok, but the dishes and floors were dirty. We had to wash the dishes prior to using it. The freezer was frozen solid with ice, not much place to store anything. The wifi did not work. Only one real window. The place had a really bad odor of perfum that we just couldn't get rid of. Overall, not a great experience.”

“Great location in Siena! Apartment was in a nice building and was nicely decorated. We tried to use the dryer without success and finally realized on the lat day that you have to plug it in, which was not obvious. We had to go buy toilet paper as there was only part of one roll provided. I asked for more, but got no response. The bed pillows provided are a joke, I found a pillow on the couch that saved me from serious neck pain. The lever handle on the entry door pulled out of the lock……

“BEWARE - shower in main bathroom not connected and NO WiFi. WiFi was 10MB which is 25% of the speed in an airplane. Nothing would load and cell service was 1 bar. Host Luigi would not respond until VRBO customer service called him after I contacted VRBO. He did come because VRBO Iinsisted and promised to fix the shower and WIFI. He NEVER answered any more txts and the over head shower NEVER WORKED in 4 days and the WIFI NEVER WORKED either. Worst part was Luigi never answered even to say……

“Großzügige Unterkunft, tolle Lage, leider aber lieblos gestaltet. Türgriffe defekt, Beleuchtung (Helligkeit) naja, Badewanne mit Duschvorhang (geeignet für die Produktion eines Badesees :/ )….. aber im Großen und Ganzen ok”
