"Pretty basic stay, the bed was very hard and the pillows thin. Breakfast was generous in portions and okay given the accommodations. Staff was helpful and kind, including when we had a problem with the heating."

"The location of the hotel was excellent and very convenient. However, the walls were quite thin, and I could clearly hear neighbours talking as well as toilets flushing, which made it difficult to relax. The water pressure in the shower was also very weak. I raised this issue with the staff, but I was told that moving to a different room would incur an additional charge. Given the inconvenience, it would have been appreciated if an alternative room had been offered as a gesture of goodwill. As I was only staying for two nights, I decided not to pursue the matter further."

"This hotel is a total scam. They state that no outside food or drinks are allowed on the premises. One night, staff saw us bringing a pizza back to our room but said nothing at the time. The next morning, they suddenly demanded a €50 fine. We tried to reason with them, but they insisted on charging my credit card anyway. This was an unfair dispute and an unreasonable charge. Luckily, my credit card company eventually reversed the €50 charge. Please think twice before booking this hotel."
