"No AC in the apartment, but opening the windows first night made it OK. The Piazza is noisy at night, the windows are good, closing them kept out the noise from the Piazza, but was hot to sleep. The balcony had chairs and a table, was really nice, in shade in the afternoon, even better. Festivities for the Palio were Sunday, the view was fantastic. All in all, a great experience."

"Fantastic modern apartment set in an old building close to the Duomo and Piazza del Campo. Had everything you need; air con, hairdryer, coffee machine, kettle, fan, lots of plug sockets. There are a few flights of stairs but it’s worth it for the beautiful view from the windows. We were able to store our luggage at the main office before check-in and after check-out which was really helpful. Would highly recommend!!!"

"Very long and detailed checkin requests, twice asking for selfies with and without passport pics… and once again to get the checkin lockbox code! It was frustrating and unnecessary. The main issue was the lack of air conditioning !!! It showed on the listing and description but when we got in there were only 2 fans available for 3 rooms with very little power and useless when there are 38 degrees inside in the summer ! Very disappointing"
