“Leider hat das Apartment „Bravo“ ein sehr modrig riechendes Bad, was sehr unangenehm war. Die Fenster im Schlafzimmer lassen sich nicht verdunkeln und fast alle Fliegengitter an den Fenstern sind beschädigt bzw. Nicht richtig angebracht, sodass man die Fenster nicht allzu lange geöffnet lassen möchte (schwierig wegen modrigen Geruch).

“Bed linens clean. Luke warm shower, Not hot enough for comfort. Well stocked kitchen although grill for toasting bread was not clean. Would have enjoyed outside seating. Just table and couple chairs in garden would have been great for morning coffee or evening drink. ”

“Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement ! C’était la 1ère fois que nous réservions ce genre de logement (appartement « privé », sans aucun contact « humain » avec les hôtes). Les informations concernant l’arrivée (clés, parking…) reçues par mail étaient très claires. Et les hôtes restent joignables sur WhatsApp si besoin. Appartement très propre, bien équipé, tout confort, et avec une vue magnifique sur Sienne ! Nous avons adoré notre autonomie et notre semaine de vacances……

“We loved everything about it. First class hotel but we felt the service from top to bottom rated 6 out of 5. Treated like family start to finish, front desk, dining and bar.

“Clean and spacious apartment. Very supportive staff. Pool was ok. Location was quite far (driving wise) from Siena because of speed limit - 35 minutes. Difficult drive in the dark - no lights on the way. Breakfast was minimal.”
