“The property was small, but adequate for what we needed for our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal. Pretty much anything you needed was within walking distance. Communication for getting access was fantastic. Overall, it was a lovely property and worked for us for this trip.”

“This was our first time in Washington and I would caution everyone to avoid NW if possible. Was convenient to the DC Streetcar however the unit is located almost directly over a liquor store and the walk to it was dicey. I wasn't aware but apparently pot is legal and used openly in public. Would not have brought the kids had I been warned. The unit itself was TINY. We felt pretty safe being on the 3rd floor but it was quite noisy from the traffic and late night partiers across the street.……

“This location is in the shaw building and is right next door to the Howard theater. It was easy for uber/lyft to find and is convenient to get to/from the airport and other places in DC. The apartment was SPACIOUS!!! 2 bedrooms and 2 baths but the open living room/kitchen concept was nice. There was a washer/dryer and plenty of dishes to use. “On the plus side, the owner is very responsive and the location is hard to beat. This alone makes this unit a good choic for visiting the national mall and other Washington attractions. Bathroom is in need of some updates as taking shower standing in the tub with curtains on both sides is not the most convenient experience. “Great location. Easy metro and uber rides to things not walkable with a 2 year old. The place was extremely clean. The host answered questions promptly and we requested a baby gate for the stairs and he brought one to the property within the half hour. Just a great experience and would definitely stay here again.”

“Overall, this is a great one bedroom affordable option close to convention center. I was by myself for business so wasn’t in the apt much over my 3-night stay. I never received check-in instructions until I called and asked, but someone did pick up and was very responsive. Check-in after that was easy. The apt felt safe and was very clean.
