"The property was small, but adequate for what we needed for our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal. Pretty much anything you needed was within walking distance. Communication for getting access was fantastic. Overall, it was a lovely property and worked for us for this trip."

The major drawback for me is that it is in a rough neighborhood. I understand that DC is undergoing gentrification, but I did not expect to experience people hanging out on the corner just across the apartment all times of day and night. "Pictures and description were accurate. Owner very nice, but procedures could have been more forthcoming. Beds, pillows and towels were excellent. Window AC was below average in sweltering heat and not the best. Nice seating and tables, just small. When there was an issue, owner was on top of it. Overall positive stay. 2 BR cheaper than 2 hotel rooms. "
