“Very helpful staff and property is well cared for, pool was closed”

“Continental breakfast very bad. Ak Always lukewarm Coffee, OJ machine broken, food lukewarm, pool out of service but not divulged until asked , beds not changed, no luggage carts available, no safety bars in tub/shower, no‐slip mats provided, smoking outside of bldg doors entered hallway access to rooms, loud guests slamming doors at 5:30am.”

All my clothes smell like smoke and an ashtray my luggage now smells like an ashtray. I didn’t sleep a wink by the time I was done I felt like throwing up There were toilets sitting outside my room. There’s drug addicts and lowlife everywhere. Please do not stay there. It was awful.”
