“Despite the 1960s look from the front and the scaffolding this hotel is built into the side of the hill is a hidden gem. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The food was excellent and the views of Mawgan Porth were stunning even in the unpleasant weather that we had. Really enjoyed the spa too. Even the Yogi tea that was on offer. Would definitely stay there again”

“Exceptional service from friendly and generous hosts. Stayed 2 nights, good location for exploring Cornwall. Room was snug as described, spotlessly clean and comfortable. John and Amy are great hosts. Small things like having fresh milk available to guests for tea or coffee and having access to the breakfast room for dinner made the stay more enjoyable.
