“The room was excellent the bathroom a little tired with no separate shower. There was no hot water on one of the mornings. The view from the room/balcony was stunning. The continental breakfast was good although there were no warm croissants. The cooked breakfasts were not very freshly cooked, especially the scrambled eggs and bacon. The Bay Bar staff were very pleasant and the food excellent. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend it and would stay there again.”

“Nice Hotel but the room i was in was not very clean. There were flies in there and when I asked if they could do something about the flies the receptionist said when I went out they would deal with the issue. They didn't. I came back late in the evening and went to bed thinking they had dealt with the fly issue. The TV remote was filthy as well. The carpet was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long while. In the morning the flies were still in the room but more flies. I managed……
