"When arriving at the property it looked very dated so wasn’t sure what the rooms were going to be like. We were greeted by the host and was taken to our top floor room. It was clean and nicely decorated with a large comfortable bed with lovely pillows and bed linen. The bathroom was exceptional too, I couldn’t fault the room at all. The tea/coffee facilities were fabulous. I would highly recommend. "

"This was a gorgeous apartment. Everything was so convenient. Things were nearby and the view was amazing from the room. Also, it was great that they gave us complementary items for breakfast. Thank you for a lovely time."

"It's located in the heart of downtown, room is clean. But I was disappointed that I didn't get a river view room. That was the reason I booked this hotel at the first place. "

"Great place to stay. An authentic Public house. Short walk to the train station and bus station. Walkable to restaurants shops etc. downside of the location is it’s a bit noisy at night. "

"Our stay here was phenomenal. Service was top-notch and the rooms comfortably appointed. We loved visiting Inverness and, should we return, we will stay again at Beaufort Hotel. "

"This hotel is right near the train station and taxi stands. Also near McGregor’s for traditional music and great F&C. Also get a proper scone and proper tea and cafe across the street."
"Lovely location, beautiful architecture and building and views outside the hotel. It’s a memorable place for me as it’s where I was proposed to.
Only let down is the lack of / poor internet connection. "
"The hotel is a fantastic place to stop when working in Inverness.
My two very slight criticisms are that the climate control in the rooms is super bright and being light sensitive, i found it disrupted my sleep.
For the size of the hotel and the dact they have an on site Spa, the gym could be a bit better equipped.
Other than that, the hotel, food and drink were excellent. "
Longfield, Daviot - woodland cottage near Inverness
10/10 Excellent
"The house is wonderful and very spacious! It’s also well supplied with thoughtful and helpful products throughout! And the location is very peaceful and quiet. It’s wonderful for a relaxing time, and it’s centrally located to see sites in both Inverness and the coast and the Cairngorms NP. Just wish we could return to Scotland so we could visit again."
"The hotel itself was great. We had thought there was a restaurant available for dinner but apparently there was not which was kind of a bummer after driving from Inverness and stopping at Balmoral Castle we didn't really want to go anywhere for dinner. The rooms were really big which was really nice. We stayed a lot of places so I can't really remember the bed comfort so I don't want to mislead anyone on that but they were by far the largest bed that we had and the pillows were comfortable. We couldn't find the area for breakfast although we didn't look all that hard since we didn't pay to have it included with our stay. It's not super close to the city center so it's quiet and it's a bit of a walk to get to City Center. But if you're looking for quiet this is the place. All in all it was a good stay and we'd probably go back."
"Great home. Loved that there was a washer dryer albeit super slow. Area around was beautiful. Went for a run and it was gorgeous morning. Food was good and they were very accommodating with kids needs. "
"Room was nice. It was pretty warm in the room and the window didn’t open very far but they did have fans. Stay was great. Pool and hot tub were a nice treat for the end of our trip."

Taigh d'Luxe - Classic elegance meets modern chic in stunning spacious villa
10/10 Excellent
"This property was so spacious and so clean! Easy to get into and good location. Every one in our group said it was our favorite property of our visit to Scotland out of 4. Sam was awesome to communicate with too "
"Was fantastic, the beds were so comfortable. Communication was a little awkward as it would have been better through email not phone as they only had my home mobile number which didn’t work in UK.
Other than that hosts were extremely helpful"
