“The property is in a lovely area along the River Ness and About a 20 minute walk into the city along the river. It certainly has the wow factor and the apartment we had had everything we needed eg small fridge, microwave, stove top and oven plus all the plates and cutlery etc required for a short self catering stay. “Staying at this hotel was like a roller coaster of service, and I just wanted to get away.
Breakfast: We were asked to pay an extra £18 per person, and we were told we could cancel it, but they forced it on us.
Cleaning: The "wet" towels were placed on the bed, but how do I use them? Biscuits were only replenished on the last day.
The cleaning standards varied from day to day, suggesting a problem with "standardized procedures" and "staff training."
They even unplugged our chargers and threw……

“I did not feel safe there. It is a few rooms above a very active bar. There is no secure entrance to the rooms. Just a chair on.the stairs Sign- For hotel guest only. When you get to the room, it is a key door and it does not lock automatically.. which we did not realize until the next morning. Expedia and I contacted the owner.. scheduled for three more nights and he gave me one night credit.
