“I checked in about 7:00pm and my Booked room had been given to another guest. I was given the “last” room - a twin with basin in the room (tells you how outdated it was). Website also clearly states bar is open till 12 for guests. By the time I picked my partner up from Inverness airport and got back to hotel about 11:20pm (both looking forward to a “refreshment” after her delayed flight) everything was closed down for the night.
