“The pool had small debris in it. No big deal if you're not picky but it can be an issue if you have kids. The pool also had a vacuum running in it and the host warned to not remove it. The end result is a pool with a vacuum running in it and a long hose attached to it that posed a threat to kids. I had 3 kids with life vests that found themselves struggling to navigate around the super long hose. I believe the pool should be thoroughly cleaned and the vacuum removed prior to renting out. “The room actually looked nice and the price was fair given the location and the amenities. However, we had three separate issues beyond minor nuisances.I know not typical in Miami, but it was 42 degrees on the first night, so we turned on heat before going to bed. Less than three minutes later, we sensed burning smell and all smoke detectors began chirping violently. Clearly there was something critically broken in the AC unit and the smoke was distributed to the entire house via HVAC ducts. We……
