"While the room and property were outstanding, it would have been nice to know how difficult the trek to the room was! The description needs to point out that the Annex rooms are not for the unfit! It was quite the task toting luggage up the hill, many flights of steps, and cobbled streets."

"Probably my fault but I didn't realize deposit had to be in cash. So had to scramble to find ATM to get $300. Then checking out they doubled the cleaning fee on us. They didn't provide toilet paper or dish soap and had to go to the store to buy some. Would have been nice to know there was no toilet ..."
