“The A/C worked once we made a call and had to access the adjoining unit and switch the unit to heat. We were there and it was COLD but, understandably, the A/C units were set to COOL and not HEAT therefore we had no heat night 1. Once we got that fixed the rest was good. The hot tub was a little bit on the dirty side once the jets kicked on but, didn't stop us from enjoying a drink.
