The elevator wasn't working when we got there. That was fine because they were working on it. But the hotel had ants at the bathroom sink, roaches at the breakfast area, and the carpet smelled terrible. The staff were nice. I guess you get what you pay for.

I have stayed at Quality Suites hotels in other cities and had a pleasant experience. However, this Quality Suites should be demolished and rebuilt if they want to stay there. Hotel smelled right when you walk in (vape, cigarette, musty smell with obvious air fresheners trying to mask smell. Old building, scratched up floors, broken drywall, de-laminating materials on the walls, broken door locks, running bathtub faucet (not dripping, running!),.... Did not really feel all that safe, inebriated people loudly arguing in the parking lot in the evening. I would not recommend this hotel, and I will never stay there again.
