The floors (hard wood) were covered in dirt. It literally covered the bottom of my socks within a few minutes of being in the room. The bathroom was even worse. The bathtub was in-fact a jacuzzi tub as described in the listing but was coved in stains and dirt. The drain plug for the tub also didn’t work. Tried using the shower feature which worked fine if you like cold or almost warm showers. The bed had lots of hair and stains on it as well. The bed set was white so I wasn’t hard to see. Went to the front desk to inform them that someone obviously didn’t clean the room from the previous tenant. The front desk attendant said he was sorry but there wasn’t really anything they could do about it due to being booked up for the night. After a few minutes of us going back and forth to find a solution the attendant gave me a set of sheets (one fitted and one regular). He stated that they didn’t have any other blankets or comforters for us. He also said that he would talk to the manager about the situation and get me a refund for the room being as bad as it was. In the morning I was informed that the refund was only 15 percent of what I had paid for the room and said he wouldn’t give me anymore back because we stayed there n the room. It’s exactly what we need for an overnight stay after a football game. The only complaint this time was it seems the bathroom wasn’t swept.
