The lobby had roaches and a customer was complaining for about 30 minutes because he wanted a refund due to having roaches in his room the front desk clerk did not refund his money.

When we arrived to the property there was a couple fighting outside, didn’t think nothing about it. Once we walked in going to the rooms it smelled like cigarettes. As soon as we walked in the room had a strong musty smell and it made me feel nasty just being in the room. The carpet was like wet and I’m not sure if that’s what the musty smell was. It’s just an old hotel and I can tell the staff cleaned the restroom but this gave me motel vibes. Like I was better off stay at a motel 6. I should have known it was ghetto as soon as we seen that couple fighting outside.

The room was extremely hot had to turn ac on myself... this is texas you cant leave it that hot it took until 4am for that poor ac unit to cool the room. The light fixtures didnt work correctly and the floor was dirty and the blankets were dirty

I requested to change room multiple times, but each room had the same issues: AC machine old and noisy, Yellow stains that looked nasty and even some red ones (blood?) on the sheets and towels. They need to change the sheets and towels. Nasty.

THE RESTROOM DOOR WAS BROKEN & WOULDN'T CLOSE. IT'S SMELLED HORRIBLE IN THE ROOM ITSELF. NOT ENOUGH TOWELS FOR 4 PEOPLE. SHOWER DOOR HAS A GAP ON THE BOTTOM WHERE THE WATER SPRAYS OUT ALL OVER THE FLOOR. DOOR HANDLES WERE LOOSE. DEFINITELY WOULDN'T STAY HERE AGAIN.

Water came in room from storm had to go to front desk for towels to get water up and the wet towels was in room for two days after I told front desk I would be gone most of the day so maintenance can come and fix the problem and clean up the towels and no one came. Told the front desk again nothing happened. I was at hotel for six days. Customer service is awful. They smile and say okay but nothing got taken care of. Customer service is why I will not be back.
